The ecological plastic that comes from soya
Did you know that there is a biodegradable plastic that is made from such a natural component as soya? It is a material obtained from the protein of this plant capable of absorbing 40 times its weight. Almost nothing. A new ecological and environmentally friendly bioplastic.
The revolution has arrived in the world of recyclable materials. The harmful conventional plastic of synthetic polymers (used mainly in sanitary products such as diapers and sanitary towels) has given way to a new biodegradable plastic, which is fully integrated into the environment.
Isolated protein to retain more water
The alteration of the composition of soya in the laboratories has enabled this legume to retain a higher percentage of water, making it an ideal material.
The protein has been extracted using a technique known as freeze-drying, which is gentler and less aggressive than atomisation.
We are committed to excellence and to preserving the environment. This is how we work at Juypal, with innovative materials, such as the aforementioned ecological plastic, to give shape to our products for the home. The future always starts in the present.
That is why at Juypal we prioritize the creation and manufacture of eco-friendly products, under the parameters of quality, design and sustainability.
Personalized treatment with the client
In Juypal we design and develop packaging and plastic products according to the requests and needs of our customers. We control all the production processes, from the initial design to the final finish.
We have more than 25,000 square meters, dedicated to plastic injection, with last generation electric machines from 15 to 750 tons, with the ecological flag in the middle.
The soya bean is a great source of energy. Its high content of essential fatty acids (omega 3 and omega 6) and its low content of saturated fats make soya a highly recommendable product for health. That is if we limit its use as a food for consumption.
It also has group B vitamins, vitamin E, isoflavones and minerals such as calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and phosphorus.
Soya as a biofuel
A vegetable oil is extracted from the soya bean with molecules that have excellent properties for industrial use and the manufacture of plastics, as well as biodiesel, an ecological fuel that is ideal for the combustion of certain engines. And that does not harm the environment so much, as it is presented as the gasoline of the future.
If we talk about its application in the domestic scene of the day to day, the ecological bioplastic has arrived to stay in the world of the houseware.
Hundreds of articles are born from the Juypal Hogar factory ready to dress any corner of your home, from the kitchen, the terrace, the bathroom or the garden, without forgetting the accessories for pets and a whole world of fantasy in the cleaning line, from the use of reusable and fun plastic products.
